Assuming this entire email chain isn’t a fabrication and an attempt to be amusing for Medium readers, here’s some pointers to consider on why you didn’t get the interview.
Here’s a few reasons why your approach didn’t work:
a) You need to make the request to his management/PR team, not a public, generic email address for him, and sound professional in the process; b) provide some clips and c) your attempts to be “funny” didn’t work and sound strained. If you know anything about comics and stand-up, they can’t stand people attempting to tell them prepared jokes so those admirers/fans can show the comic how funny they are., etc..
FYI at least you get to write on behalf of the Rumpus. But where were your clips and samples of your work? If you’re a professional writer or even a hobbyist, you need to appear professional when you approach an entertainer besieged by interview requests. I originally pitched successfully Maria Bamford’s team for an interview with her and and overview on her work for the Rumpus, but Rumpus declined to use it for unexplained reasons, and instead it ran at the front page of the Huffington Post Comedy section:

Would you rather get the interview or get some notice in the Medium to one-sided emails to a public, generic email address Louis CK lists on his website? It’s not clear that you’re familiar with journalism protocols, and as a result that you didn’t approach his management team or PR team at all? I would have preferred to see the interview rather than those emails.
